Kayla Dillman enters her first season as an assistant coach with Adelphi University volleyball team in 2016.
A three-year captain of the Dowling College women's volleyball team, Dillman was the 2014 East Coast Conference Setter of the Year and a two-time All-Conference Honorable Mention selection in 2014. In her career as a Golden Lion, Dillman appeared in 444 games and totaled 4,055 assists, including ranking 33rd in the nation in set assists as a senior with 1,265. She helped the Golden Lions to three 20-plus win seasons in that span.
A Rochester, N.Y., native, Dillman graduated from Dowling in May 2016 with a degree in psychology and a minor in criminal justice.Â
