Honors and Awards: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (2013)...Northeast-10 Third Team No. 2 Singles/First Team No. 2 Doubles (2012)...two-time NE-10 Player of the Week.

2012-13: Played entire season at second flight singles and doubles…won last three regular season singles matches without dropping a set…ended year in doubles on a five match winning streak and posted a 14-5 overall record…recorded 8-6 and 8-3 victories at second doubles in both NE-10 Tournament matches.

2011-12: Finished season with15-6 record in doubles play with 10-1 mark in NE-10 action ... went 10-10 in singles play (8-3 NE-10) ... won 8-6 at No. 2 doubles against NE-10 Champs Southern New Hampshire (3/31) ... took 4-6, 6-3, 6-1 win at No. 2 singles at Stonehill (4/11).

At Minisinic Valley High School: Played four years of varsity tennis ... named Team MVP as a junior and senior ... named a Scholar Athlete as a senior ... a four-year member of Future Business Leaders of America. 

Personal: Michelle Lyn Gurda ... daughter of Andrew Gurda and Brenda Travers ... born February 25, 1991 ... has three younger siblings, Matthew, Taylor and Tara ... majoring in sport management.
