In the midst of a successful 2023-24 season for the 'Cats, Justin McMackin came aboard as a volunteer assistant coach with the Adelphi men's and women's tennis programs.
McMackin has spent much of his professional career as a tennis coach at Sportime in Lynbrook, and also served this fall as a physical therapy aide at Pro Sports Performance.
After a decorated high school playing career at Baldwin High School, McMackin joined the club men's tennis team at the University of Connecticut, where he was named team captain.
McMackin volunteered for four summers as a ballperson at the U.S. Open and graduated with his degree in Exercise Science from UConn in May 2023.
