Biography
Honors and Awards: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (Fall '11, Spring '12, Spring '13, Fall '13, Fall '14).
2014: Came off the bench for 10 appearances....team allowed just two goals against in those games…scored only goal of the season in a 6-0 win vs. Wilmington University (9/9)...recorded four shot attempts and two shots on goal.
2013: Saw action in three games…averaged six minutes per game.
2012: Played in eight games…logged 123 minutes of action.
2011: Appeared in two games...made her collegiate debut on October 15 in a 2-0 win over St. Michael's College.
At Island Trees High School: Played three years of soccer and basketball and one year of lacrosse...All-Conference in soccer and lacrosse…earned the United States Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award…participated in the Empire State Games in soccer twice…Member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Daughter of John and Rothanne Carey...has an older brother and sister, Meghan, who was also a member of the women's soccer team from 2009-12…majoring in environmental studies.
