Juliana Klaum recently completed her playing career with the Panthers and will enter her second season as an assistant coach with the Adelphi women's soccer team in 2022.
Klaum came to Adelphi in 2018 from Division I Sacred Heart University and started all 32 games she appeared in.
In those two seasons, the Panthers, with Klaum plugging up the midfield, limited opponents to the fewest goals allowed in the NE10.
She collected her lone point in an Adelphi uniform with an assist in a 3-0 win at Saint Michael's on Sept. 22, 2018.
Klaum was a two-time All-County and All-State player at South Side High School, where she won two Nassau County Class A Championships. She was also named All-Long Island in her senior season.Â
Klaum, who graduated from Adelphi in 2021 with her bachelor's degree in Psychology, hails from Rockville Centre, N.Y.
