- Set personal best in javelin throw at 2022 NE10 Outdoor Championships

- Competed in the 4x400-meter relay, 500-, 600-, 800-meter and distance medley relayÂ
- Had Top 10 finishes in the 4x400-meter relay and 600-meter at the Elm City Challenge (12/6-12/7)
- Placed sixth in the 1000-meter with a season-best time of 2:41.51 at the Spartan Invite (1/10)
- Also helped the 4x400-meter and distance medley relay teams to Top 10 finishes at the NE10 Indoor Championships (2/20-2/21)
2018-19
At North Shore
- Helped the men's cross country team attain a state ranking of No.7, win the Class B qualifier and advance to states for the first time in over 10 years in his senior season
- Posted four Top 10 results in his final cross country season, finishing seventh in the 5k twice
- All-Conference and All-Nassau County honoree
- Named All-State on the track after finishing fifth with the 4x800m relay in the 2017Â NYSPHSAA Indoor Championships
