2012-13: Competed in a total of eight meets on the year in the shot put and discus...indoors, achieved a personal best at the ESU DeShriver meet with a mark of 9.29m (2/2)...outdoors, heaved the shot for an outdoor best of 9.26m at the NE-10 Championships (5/4) while also earning a personal best in the discus with a toss of 21.30m.
2011-12: Competed in just two indoor meets while throwing the shot put and discus in six outdoor meets...set a personal best in the shot put with a mark of 7.90m at the Sam Howell Meet (4/2) and in the discus with a throw of 18.44m at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/6).
At West Hempstead High School: Four-year member of the varsity track team...won the Most Improved Award as a junior and senior...received the Four-Year Award as a senior...member of the National Honor Society, National Spanish Honor Society, Tri-M Music Society.
