At Oceanside High School: Four-year letterwinner in indoor and outdoor track and two-year letterwinner in cross-country...captain of cross-country, indoor and outdoor track teams senior year...named MVP of outdoor track team as a senior...earned all-division honors in the 800 meter run senior year.
