- Participated in six indoor meets and six outdoor meets overall
- Ran a season-best of 33:58.41 in the 10,000m to finish sixth at the Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Invitational (3/23-3/24)
- Helped the DMR finish third at the NYC Gotham Cup in a time of 11:27.77 (1/29)
- Placed 11th in the 10,000m at the NE10 Outdoor Championships (5/4-5/5)
- Finished in the Top 10 four times throughout the season
2016-17
- Participated in five indoor meets and four outdoor meets
- Ran a personal best in the 3000m running 9:28.42 at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/20)
- Finished the outdoor season with personal bests in the 5000m with a time of 16:32.41 at the 12th Annual All-American Invitational (4/22) and the 10000m with a time of 34:39.25, run at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/05)
2015-16
- Participated in six indoor meets and four outdoor meets
- Helped the 4x400 meter relay team take fourth place at The Elm City Challenge (12/10-11) with an accumulated time of 3:54.20
- Finished eighth in 17:15.05 during the 5,000 meter at The Coach Omeltchenko Invitational (4/17)
At SUNY Old Westbury
- Member of the cross country program
- Was the top men's finisher for the Panthers in five meets
- Was also a SAAC rep and landed on the dean's list

- Enjoys fishing, boating, snowboarding, swimming and basketball in his free time
- Coaches Little League in his hometown of Babylon
- Majoring in education and aspires to be a high school history teacher and coach
