Honors and Awards: Part of the relay teams that set school records at the PENN Relays in the SMR and 4x400 with times of 4:15.29 and 4:05.28 respectively (2008)...All-CTC in the 4x400 during indoors and 100H and 4x400 outdoors (2008)...All-CTC in the 100H (2007)...Adelphi Women Track MVP (2006).

2007-08: Set personal bests in the 55H, 100H and 400IH this season...helped her 4x400 relay team to a second place showing during the indoor CTC Championships...placed 3rd at the outdoor CTC Championships in the 100H with a time of 16.01 while also helping her 4x400 relay team to a fourth place finish (4/22).

2006-07: Posted a personal best in the 60H with a time of 9.68 at the NYU Last Chance Meet (2/23)...at the outdoor CTC Championships, posted personal best times in the 100H and 200m with times of 15.53 and 27.57 respectively (4/22)...third place at the CTC Championships in the 100H (4/22).

2005-06: Posted eight top-10 finishes...placed third in the 100-meter hurdles (16.71) and eighth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:14.97) at the Disney Relays.

2004-05: Had an outstanding freshman campaign, collecting five top-five finishes and 12 top-tens...finished first at the Kings Point Invitational in the 100 meter hurdles (17.61) and finished second in the 60 meter dash at the Seton hall Invitational (10.10).

At Baldwin High School: Four-year member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track teams...also ran three-years of varsity cross-country...four-time captain of the track team...received the strive for excellence award four consecutive seasons...named MVP and unsung hero senior season...member of the National Honor Society and the Social Studies Honor Society as well as the Foreign Language Honor Society...was also involved in student government and tutoring.

Personal: Daughter of Robert and Yolanda Russell...major is currently undecided...born on November 10, 1986...enjoys swimming, reading and dancing in free time.
