Honors and Awards: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (2012-13)...All-Conference; Indoor 4x4...member of the school record setting 4x200m relay (2011).

2012-13: Competed in seven meets indoor and four outdoor...posted her fastest indoor 400m time of the season at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/11) with a time of 59.36...recorded a personal best in the 200m with a time of 25.70 at the Armory Collegiate Invitational (2/1)...set the school record in the 100m dash with a time of 12.34 at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/29).

2011-12: Competed in 13 meets in the sprints...clocked in at 12.45 in the 100 to set a new school record at the Bucknell Bison Classic (4/14)...set a personal best over 400m with a time of 59.13 at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/10)...recorded a time of 26.02 in the 200m for a personal best at the Outdoor NE-10 Championships (5/5).

2010-11: Competed in the 200, 400 and relay events for the Panthers...part of the 4x4 relay that ran a season best of 4:01.21 at the PENN Relays (4/28)...also helped the 4x4 quartet place fourth at the indoor conference meet to earn All-Conference honors...set a set a personal best over 200m at the outdoor conference championship (5/6), clocking in at 26.50...dipped under the one minute barrier in the 400 with a 59.79 effort at the Roadrunner Express (4/22).

2009-10: Helped Adelphi to a third place finish outdoors and a fourth place finish indoors in the 4x400 meter relay at the Northeast-10 Championships...set personal bests in both the 400 and 200 meter dashes at the outdoor Northeast-10 Championships, placing eighth in the 400 and 13th in the 200...helped Adelphi post an ECAC qualifying mark in the distance medley relay at the New Balance Collegiate Championship meet (12:18.36).

Personal: Daughter of Fabian Martinez and Ruth Mendez...has one brother, Diego...earned her undergraduate degree from Adelphi in sports management and is currently a graduate assistant for the Center for Student Involvement...hobbies include camping, roller blading and other outdoor activities.
