2007-08: Ran a seasonal best in the Steeple chase at the Monmouth Season Opener with a time of 10:47 (3/29)...set a new personal best in the 1500 at the Sam Howell Invite clocking in at 4:25.86 (4/5).

2006-07: Set a personal best placed 4th in the steeple at the outdoor CTC Championships placing (4/22)...Set a personal best in the steeple at the Monmouth Season Opener with a time of 10:32.52 (4/22).

2005-06: Posted two top-10 finishes...finished fourth in the mile (4:51.01) and ninth in the 800 meters (2:22.72) at the CTC Indoor Championship.
