2009-10: Set personal bests at 400 meters, 53.17 and 400 meter hurdles, 58.83, during the season...helped Adelphi[apos]s distance medley relay to a fourth place finish at the indoor Northeast-10 Championship meet.
At Lynbrook High School: Lettered four years in in track and field and three years in cross country...named All-Conference in indoor track and All-Country during spring track as a senior...County Champion in spring track as a senior as well...member of the Drama Club and Athletes Creating Excellence.
Personal: Son of Robert and Elieen Vincelli...born March 7...enjoys playing guitar and acting...would like to be an film maker/actor in the future...majoring in communications.
