2013-14: Took part in six total meets, four indoor and two outdoor…Placed second in the triple jump at the Saturday Night Shootout (1/18) with a leap of 10.80 meters…Was first in the high jump at 1.65 meters during The Coach Omeltchenko (4/19).

2012-13: Competed in eight meets during the outdoor season and one indoors...Set personal bests and school records in all three jumps...Recorded a mark of 1.64m in the high jump at the PENN Relays (4/25) and then registered 10.73m in the triple jump a day later at the TCNJ Lion Invitational (4/26)...At the NE-10 Outdoor Championships, posted a distance of 5.09m in the long jump (5/3).

At MacArthur: Competed in four years of track and field...Was a four-time All-Conference and All-County honoree and named All-Long Island on three occasions...Competed in the State and National meet...Recorded a personal best of 5'6" in the high jump...Earned the Scholar Athlete of the Year Award...Member of the National Honor Society and achieved High Honor Roll status.

Personal: Daughter of John and Cheryl Clifford...Has three brothers...Majoring in elementary education...Career plans include teaching.
