2012-13: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season...ran a personal best in the 1500m at the Ramapo meet with a time of 4:33.01 (4/6)...also achieved a personal best time in the 3k at the Richard Stockton meet after clocking in at 9:43 (3/23).

2011-12: Competed in three outdoor meets in the distance events...set a personal best over 5k at the TCNJ Lions Invitational with a time of 16:05 (4/28)...clocked in at 33:11 for a personal best over 10,000 meters at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/4).

2009-2011: Attended SUNY Geneseo.

At Oyster Bay High School: Four-year member of the varsity cross country and track teams...personal best times: 1600m (4:51.90), Steeple Chase (10:47.70), 3200m (10:06.50), 4k (13:50), 5k (16:52.00), 8k (27:24.00)...member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Leonard and Rosaria Nakrin...born August 27...has one brother, Brandon...enjoys running, traveling, reading, writing, and collecting coins and stamps...majoring in international studies with a concentration in Spanish.
