Before Adelphi: Played a year of baseball, cross country at Kingston High School...spring track captain his senior year...Orange County champion in the steeplechase... recipient of the Ray Caddy Jr. Scholarship Award.
Personal: Son of James and Karen Cahill...majoring in physical education and health ...enjoys running and hanging out with friends...biggest sports thrill was winning the 2000 Orange County steeplechase.
Goals: Win NYCAC...place in the top five teams at Regionals...win NYCAC steeplechase...qualify a DMR at Penn Relays.
