Honors and Awards: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (2012-13)...Outdoor NE-10 All-Conference 4x400...set the school record in the 110H with a time of 16.84 (2012).

2012-13: Competed in 13 meets on the year in the 400 and 400H...set a personal best indoors in the 400 with a time of 51.16 at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games (2/8)...placed third at the Outdoor NE-10 Championships in the 400H with a time of 56.15 (5/4)...set a personal best in the 400H at the Larry Ellis Invitational wiath a time of 55.89.

2011-12: Competed in all 13 meets on the year...set personal bests in the 110H and 400H with times of 16.84 and 55.99 respectively which were both run at the Outdoor NE-10 Championships (5/5)...helped the 4x400 relay team to a second place finish at the outdoor Conference Championships...was part of the PENN 4x400 relay squad that ran the fastest time of the season with a 3:18.69 clocking (4/27)...holds the school record in the 110H.

2010-11: Competed in most of indoor but was limited during the outdoor season...during indoor, set a personal best in the 60H at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/14) breaking the tape at 9.11 seconds and in the 400 at the BU Valentine Meet (2/11) with a mark of 53.48...outdoors, ran mostly the hurdle events, setting a personal best in the 110H at 16.93 seconds at the Sam Howell Meet (4/2) and in the 400H at the Maryland Invitational (4/9) with a time of 58.99.

At Kellenberg Memorial High School: Four-year member of the varsity track team...received Most Improved award as a freshman...school record holder in the 3x55H as a junior...member of the NCIC National 4x55 Shuttle Hurdle Relay and the Nike National 4x55 Shuttle Relay as a senior...also named Most Improved as a senior as well.

Personal: Son of John and Caroline Wood...born April 29...has an older sister, Jackie...enjoys training...majoring in exercise science.
