2007-08: Ran a season best in the 1000 at Princeton[apos]s New Year[apos]s Invitational clocking in at 2:56.91 (12/8)...ran a personal best in the 400H clocking in at 1:10.10 at the outdoor CTC Championship (4/20)

2006-07: Ran a personal record in the 1000 and the mile at the URI Sorlein Memorial Indoor Classic with times of 2:56.48 and 4:52.67 respectively (1/20)...Lowered his personal best in the 1500 at the UMass Lowell meet with a time of 4:30.23 (4/14/08).

2005-06: Recorded one top-10 finish at the Coach [apos]O[apos] Invitational finishing eighth in the mile, while also posting a season best time of 2:06.23 for 800 meters.

At North Carroll High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross-country, indoor and outdoor track...three-time all-county selection in cross-country...first-team all-county selection junior and senior years...two-time cross-country all-conference selection...two-time cross-country team MVP...second-team all-county selection on the track junior year...member of county champion 4x800 meter relay team junior year...holds school record in the indoor 800 meter run and the 4x800 meter relay...member of indoor track conference championship team senior year...received both the academic letter and gold bar...rewarded with the senior recognition award and the scholar-athlete award...president of spanish club and member of teens against poverty.

Personal: Son of Michael and Kathleen Oles...plans on majoring in communications...has one sister, Caitlin, who is a member of the Adelphi women[apos]s lacrosse and indoor track and field team...enjoys music, video games and watching Seinfeld in his free time.
