2013-14: Participated in three outdoor meets…Finished in second place during the Monmouth Season Opener (3/28) 5k with a 15:06.83 time…Was sixth at the Northeast-10 Conference Outdoor Championships (5/2) with a 15:14.10 5k time.

2012-13: Competed in eight meets and set personal bests from the mile up to the 10k...Indoors, was the team's fastest miler with a time of 4:14.50 which was achieved at the Great Dane Classic (1/18)...Broke the indoor 5k school record when he ran a personal best of 14:33.01 at the BU Terrier Classic which earned him All-Region honors and provisionally qualified him for the NCAA Championship...Outdoors, covered 10,000m in a new personal best of 31:25 at the PENN Relays (4/25) to earn All-Region honors.

2011-12: Competed in seven meets during indoor...Ran a personal best of 8:40 over 3,000 meters at the Great Dane Classic (1/20)...Posted the second fastest 5k on the team with a personal best of 15:01 at the Boston University Terrier Classic (1/27)...Clocked in at 4:19.29 in the mile at the Armory Collegiate Challenge (2/23).

Calhoun High School: Four-year member of the track and cross country team...Named All-County in track in cross country as a sophomore...All-State, All-Long Island, and Class AA County Champion in cross country as a junior...All-State in winter track as a senior...County Champion in the 3200 in spring track as a senior...Won the Superintendent Sportsmanship Award Scholarship.

Personal: Son of David and Michelle Panetta...Has one brother and one sister...Brother, Joe, is also coach of the Panther cross country and track and field teams...Major is undecided.
