2012-13: Competed in a total of eight meets on the year...recorded a personal best in the 60H with a mark of 9.46 at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games...his best performance in the 110H came at the TCNJ Lions Invitational when he checked in with a time of 17.40.

2011-12: Competed in eight meets during the year...specialized in the hurdles and short sprints...set a season best of 8.83 in the 55H at the NE-10 Indoor Championships.

2010-11: Competed in 12 meets over the indoor and outdoor season...recorded personal bests over 60m and 60H with times of 7.78 and 9.54 respectively at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/14)...outdoors, ran mostly the 110H and 400H...placed 14th at the Outdoor Conference Championships (5/6) in the 400H with a personal best of 1:00.16.

At Ewing High School: Three-year member of the varsity track team...shuttle hurdle team qualified for the Nike Nationals as a sophomore...named Honorable Mention All-State as a junior in the 55H and the 110H...captained squad as a senior and qualified for Group 2 States for the 400H...was an Honor Roll student.

Personal: Son of Juliette Russell...born February 7...majoring in business management.
