Honors and Awards: 2009-10: two-time All-Northeast-10 honoree (3k - indoors, 5k - outdoors) 2009-10: Ran strong at the Northeast-10 Championship meets, placing second at the outdoor meet in the 5k (18:48) and third at the indoor meet in the 3k (10:42) to earn all-conference honors...also helped Adelphi[apos]s 4x800 meter relay to a fourth place finish outdoors...placed second in her heat of the 3k run at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational in a personal best of 10:29.78...finished 13th in her heat of the 5k at the Princeton Sam Howell Invitational with a personal best time of 18:20.33.
At Broadalbin-Perth High School: Four-year letter winner in cross country and track and field...Selected to the All-Foothills and All-State Teams all four years...holds 12 track and field school records...named team Most Valuable Player from 2006-2009...named captain of cross country team senior year...member of the Drama Club and Key Club.
