Pole Vault - 4.12m

Honors and Awards: All-CTC honors (2008)...school record holder in the pole vault (4.05 meters).

2007-08: Established a new school record in the pole vault clearing 4.05 meters while placing third at the Delaware Invite (2/2)...placed fourth at the Indoor CTC meet clearing 3.80 meters (2/10).

At C.W. Post: Two-year captain of the Track and Field team...numerous ECC all conference selection in the pole vault, sweeping indoors and outdoors in 2007...Placed second in the CTC indoor championship 2007...2006 top ten finish at CTC outdoor championship...red shirt indoors 2006...2004 all Metropolitan...ran on the Cross Country team, running an 8k best at the Codfish Invite 2007, 29:52...Served as the president of SAAC, a board member of SASAC (Student Affairs Student Advisory Committee), a student liaison to the LIU Trustees, and a staff photographer for the Pioneer Newspaper.

At Montville:Captain and three-time CIAC state runners up in the pole vault...helped Montville win three consecutive Connecticut Class M State titles...Conference champion indoors senior year... ran on the conference champion 4x200m relay team.

Personal: Graduated Cum Laude from C.W. Post in 2007, with a B.F.A. in Electronic Media...Mary and Curtis[apos] eldest of four...currently a volunteer coach at Cold Spring Harbor high school.
