2013-14: Listed in six indoor meets and four outdoor meets…Clocked a 25.24 in the 200 meter dash at the UAlbany Great Dane Classic (1/17)…Completed the 400 in a 54.35 time at the Valentine Invite (2/7)…Ran a 52.93 at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/12) 400 meter.

2012-13: Competed in five meets indoors and five outdoors and ranged from the 400 to the 800m...Posted a personal best at the NE-10 Championships in the 500m with a time of 1:10.51 (2/16) and then added another PR at the BU Terrier Classic in the 800 with a time of 2:00.49 (1/25)...Outdoors, registered his fastest time in the 400m with an effort of 54.76 at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/14).

2011-12: Competed in eight meets over the year and ran mostly the 800m...Set a personal best of 2:06.29 at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/11)...Also clocked in at 55.48 in the open 400m at the BU Terrier Classic (1/28).

At Plainedge High School: Ran four years of cross country and track and field...Was an All-Division honoree during his senior year in cross country.
