2018-19
- Three-time NE10 champion across the indoor and outdoor seasons: winning the 200m at the indoor meet, and both the 100m and 200m events at the outdoor meet
- Clocked in career-best times in winning both the 100m and 200m at the NE10 outdoor meet
- Won the 400m event in a time of 49.66 at the Fastrack Metro Season Opener (12/1)
- Placed 14th nationally at the NCAA Division II Indoor National Championship meet, qualifying for the second straight year (538)
2017-18
- Banner first season saw him place first in the 200m event six times and first first in the 400m event three times across 17 combined indoor and outdoor meets
- Clocked in as a three-time NE10 champion for the season at the league meet, in the indoor 200m and 400m and the outdoor 200m
- Qualified for the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships in the 400m, finishing 15th overall
- Posted the Panthers' top time for the season in the 100m, 200m and 400m
- Won events in three straight indoor meets in the Fastrack National Invite (2/9), NE10 Indoor Championships (2/17-2/18) and the Fastrack Last Chance (2/24)
- Won two events in his first outdoor meet after nationals, placing first in the 100m and the 200m at the Sam Howell Invite (4/6)
- Was a member of the 4x400 relay team invited to compete at the Millrose Games, which finished second in the College Division (2/3)
- Three-time NE10 Rookie of the Week and NE10 Indoor Track Athlete of the Week - 1/16, 1/30
At Valley Stream Central
- 2014 All-American in the indoor and outdoor 200m
- Also All-State in the indoor 4x400 meter race
- Nassau County champion in the outdoor 200m as a senior
- School record holder in the 55/60, 100, 200 and 400m
- All-Division in the indoor 55m, and a county champion in the outdoor 300m
- Graduated with an Advanced Regents Diploma
