- Finished in sixth place in his collegiate weight throw debut with a mark of 12.04m at the Fastrack Metro Season Opener (12/1)
- Placed third in both the shot put and the hammer throw, season bests, at the Queensborough Relays (4/13)
- Landed in eighth in the hammer throw at the NE10 Outdoor Championships, throwing a season-best 41.60m (5/4)
At Baldwin
- Two-time All-Conference selection in both indoor and outdoor seasons
- Also named All-County
- Helped his team win a division and county title, and qualify for states
