2010-11: Competed in mostly the 800, mile and relay events...part of the 4x8 relay squad that ran a season best time of 10:30 at the Outdoor Conference Championship (5/7).
2009-10: Qualified for the national meet indoors in the 800 meter run and as a member of Adelphi[apos]s distance medley relay...helped Adelphi to an Northeast-10 indoor title in the distance medley relay, closing down the field on her anchor leg, she also placed third in the mile at the championship meet (5:08.71)...placed third at the outdoor Northeast-10 Championship meet in the 1500 (4:41.29)...was a four-time Northeast-10 All-Conference award winner...set a new school record in the 1500 at the Sam Howell Invitational, stopping the clock at 4:36.95. 2008-09: Automatically qualified for the national meet indoors by running 2:12.72 at the NYU Fastrack meet (2/27) which was good enough to placed 9th on the national list and also setting the school record...ran in the semi-finals at NCAA[apos]s...CTC champion indoors in the 800 and 1000, outdoor champion in the 800 and placed second in the 1500...qualified provisionally for the national meet outdoors with a time of 2:13.5 at the NYC Qualifiying Challenge (5/8).
2007-08: Provisionally qualified for the NCAA DII National Championships in the 800 during both indoors and outdoors with times of 2:15.85 (3/8) and 2:14.47 (5/10) respectively...Conference champion indoors in the 800 and 1000 and outdoors in the 800 and 4x800...set a new personal best in the 1000 at the indoor ECAC Championships with a time of 2:56.61 (3/7).
At Glastonbury: Varsity Softball, Indoor and Outdoor Track and Cross Country during her career...all-conference, all-academic in softball for three years and a Hartford Courant second team all-state selection sophomore year...all-conference, all-state selection in track sophomore year...all-conference, all-state, all-new england in indoor track junior year...all-conference, all-state, all-new england, two-time All-American in Track senior year...member of the National Honor Society...Science National Honor Society, Slavic and Spanish National Honor Society...Gold Medalist in a National essay contest for Russian.
