Honors and Awards: All-CTC honors in outdoor 800 meter run and the 4x800, indoors and outdoors (2008)... part of the 4x800 that was named Indoor MVP (2008)...named outdoor track MVP (2008)...All-CTC in the outdoor 800 meter run (2007).

2007-08: Ran a personal best in the 800 meter run at the Icahn Stadium Last Chance Meet stopping the clock at 1:54.64... Was on the record setting 4x800 relay team which ran 7:46.96 at the IC4A Championships (3/7)...part of the 4x800 relay that placed first indoors and 2nd outdoors at the CTC Championship meets...part of the 4x400 relay team that won the CTC heat at the PENN relays in a time of 3:20.64 (4/25).

2006-07: Competed at the IC4A meet in the 800 meter run clocking in at 1:56.67 (5/11)...helped the 4x400 meter relay team to a season best 3:21.56 at the PENN Relays (4/27).

2005-06: Recorded two top-10 finishes...finished eighth in the 800-meters at the Coach 'O[apos] Invitational in a season best 1:59.56.

2004: Recorded two top-50 finishes...ran a personal collegiate best of 29:14 at the Albany Invitational...placed 18th at the ECC championships in 29:39.
