2013-14: Participated in five meets, all during indoor…Finished the 1,000 meter at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/10) in 2:45.63…Finished 15^th at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/22) during the mile with a time of 4:40.34.

2012-13: Competed in five meets during indoor and six outdoors...Set an indoor 5k best of 15:12 at the Great Dane Classic (1/18) and then pr'ed by nearly 14 seconds in the mile with a time of 4:17.30 at the BU Terrier Meet (1/25)...During outdoors, clocked in at 9:56 for a personal best in the 3k steeple at the Richard Stockton Invitational (3/23).

2011-12: Competed in 13 meets for the Panthers...Set personal bests from the 1500m up to the 10k...Clocked in at 8:49.33 over 3k at the BU Terrier Classic for a new personal best (1/28)...Placed third at the Indoor NE-10 Championships in the 5k to earn All-Conference honors...Won the 10k at the Outdoor NE-10 Championships...Set two personal bests at the Monmouth Season opener in the 1500m and 3k steeple in times of 4:04.40 and 10:04.84 respectively.

2010-11: Competed in the mile to the 10k...Set a personal best in the 5k at the Roadrunner Express Meet (4/22), clocking in at 16:30...Had his fastest showing in the 10k his first time out, crossing the line in 34:19 at the Sam Howell Meet (4/1).

At Sachem High School: Four-year member of the track team and two-year member of the cross country team...Received Most Improved in both indoor and outdoor track as a sophomore...Received All-League/Runner-Up honors in the 4x800 relay indoors as a junior...Named Second-Team All-Division in cross country and All-League in winter and spring track as a senior...Member of the French Club and Student Government.
