Adelphi University Athletics

Henry Farahani enters his first season with Adelphi Track and Field in the 2021-22 indoor season. 

A nearby product from Molloy College, Farahani competed for the Lions from 2017-2019 where he broke the hammer throw school record - a mark he still holds after graduation at 40.03m. For Molloy he was named First Team All-Confernece in the discus and earned Second Team honors in the Javelin in his senior campaign.

While taking on this new venture of coaching at Adelphi, he is also pursuing a master's degree in Computer Science.
