2010-11: Competed in five indoor and three outdoor meets and ran mostly the 800 and mile...set a personal best over 800 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/14), stopping the clock at 2:49.45 and then a week later, lowered her 1k time to 3:33.31 at the Albany Great Dane meet (1/21).

2009-10: Set a personal best over 1500 meters at the Bucknell Bison Open, 5:19.29...helped Adelphi to a fifth place finish at the indoor Northeast-10 Championship in the 4x800 meter relay.

At Lynbrook High School: Four-year letter winner in cross country and track and field...was named All-County in cross country and named All-Conference in track and field...was an AP Scholar and a member of the Honor Society...wrote for the school's newspaper (The Horizon).

Personal: Daughter of Paul and Cathy Papandrew...born August 31...has younger brother, Paul...majoring in journalism.
