Honors and Awards: USTFCCCA Division II Indoor Track and Field All-Region 60m (2013-14)... NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll...All-Conference Outdoor 4x400 (2012-13)...All-Conference; Indoor 4x400...school record holder in the outdoor 4x200 relay (2011).

2012-13: Competed in seven meets indoor and nine during outdoor...during indoor season, set the school record in the 60m dash after breaking the tape at 7.87 at the NE-10 Championships (2/16)...during the outdoor season, set personal bests in the 100 with a time of 12.50 at the Sam Howell Invitational (4/6) and 200 with an effort of 25.39 which was achieved at the Larry Eills meet (4/20)...helped the SMR team set the school record of 3:58.31 at the PENN Relays (4/26)...earned All-Conference honors after helping the 4x400 relay team to a school record time of 3:51.78 at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/4)

2011-12: Competed in 12 meets on the year in the sprints...set new personal bests in the 100m and 200m dashes with times of 12.56 and 25.70 respectively at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/4)...recorded a personal best in the 400m with a time of 59.10 at the Boston University Valentine Invite (2/12).

2010-11: Had a solid freshman campaign that included being a member of the 4x4 relay that ran 4:01.21 at the PENN Relays (4/28)...broke the 60 second barrier in the 400 on three occasions, including her fastest time of 59.17 set at the Metro Coaches Invitational (1/7)...clocked in at 26.10 in the 200 dash at the BU Valentine Invite (2/11).

At East Meadow High School: Received All-Division honors in the 100m, and All-County honors on the 4x100 team as a senior...was a member of the National Honor Society...awarded the President's Award for Academic Excellence...also received the Principal's Merit Award, and the Donna Carbone Dance Arts Scholarship.

Personal: Daughter of Prasiong and Adna Jean...born January 10...has a younger sister, Vanessa, and a younger brother, Andrew...enjoys dance in her free time...majoring in criminal justice and minoring in dance and african, black and caribbean studies.
