Honors and Awards: National Qualifier in the 800m, four-time All-Conference.

2008-09: Qualified for the national meet indoors in the 800 with a personal best time of 1:53.94 set at the NYU Fastrack meet (2/27)...placed second at the CTC indoor meet over 800m...part of the 3:16.76 4x4 that won the CTC division at PENN Relays (4/25)...was on the 4x800 relay team that ran 7:47 at the indoor IC4A meet (3/8)...part of the indoor 4x800 that took first and outdoor 4x400 that took second at the CTC championships.

2007-08: Part of the 4x400 relay team that won the CTC heat at the PENN relays in a time of 3:20.64 (4/25)...lowered his personal best in the 800 to 1:55.46 at the Icahn Stadium Last Chance Meet (5/10).

Riverhead High School: Four year member of the cross-country and a three year member of the track and field team...track and field captain and all-league selection junior and senior year...captain and all-league cross-country honoree as a senior...academic all-county selection senior season...participated in one year of varsity tennis, earning all-league honors...member of the National Honor Society and a College Board AP Scholar...earned the Outstanding Student Award...member of the key club, French club and relay for life.

Personal: Son of John and Adrienne Ince...has one brother, Parker...his major is in Political Science and minor in Economics...enjoys running and reading in free time.
