Honors and Awards

2018-19

Posted a Top 10 finish in at least one event in all but one meet for the season
Won the 60m at the Bill Ward Invite (12/9) and the 100m at the Fred Hardy Invite (4/29-4/30)
Also a member of the Adelphi women's 4x400 relay team which won the indoor NE10 title, a first for the program
Successfully pulled off the double with the 4x400, winning the NE10 outdoor title in a time of 3:47.88
Clocked in 3:49.76 with the 4x400 relay to become the first group from Adelphi to win a women's Penn Relays wheel in over 40 years, as the time beat out the runners-up from St. Peter's by over 10 seconds

2017-18

Appeared in nine meets on the season - five indoor meets and four outdoor
Took second place with the 4x400 with a time of 3:55.65 at the NE10 Outdoor Championships, and fourth in the indoor league meet
Also helped the 4x400 finish second at the famed Penn Relays (4/26-4/28)
Posted three Top 10 finishes at the Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Invitational in the 100m (2nd), 200m (5th) and 4400 (3rd) (3/23-2/24)
Finished sixth in the 60m dash at the NE10 Indoor Championships (2/18)

2016-17

Participated in eight indoor meets and seven outdoor meets
Won the 60m at the Spartan Regional Invite (1/13) with a time of 7.83m while also placing third in the 200m, clocking 26.12
At the Northeast-10 Indoor Championship (2/18), finished second in the 60m clocking 7.70 while also part of the 4x400m that placed fifth with a time of 4:05.49
Placed first in the 200m with a time of 25.65 at the 12th Annual All-American Invitational (4/22)
Placed second overall at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Championship (5/5-5/6) in the 200m with a wind aided time of 11.99, while also placing second in the 4x400m relay clocking 3:54.23 and finishing fourth in the 200m with a time of 24.86

2015-16

Participated in seven indoor meets and seven outdoor
Part of a second place 4x400 meter relay finish at The Elm City Challenge (12/10-12/11) behind a time of 4:09.52
Helped towards a winning 4x400 relay time of 4:04.26 during the Spartan Regional Invite (1/15)
Claimed fifth in the Molloy Lions Invite (2/12) at a time of 26.82 in the 200 meter
Finished third and fourth on the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays respectively at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/25-3/26) behind time of 53.02 and 4:10.60
Ran a leg of a 51.17 winning time for the 4x100 meter relay at the Sam Howell (4/8-4/9) in addition to a third place showing of 13.05 in the 100 meter
Place fourth in the 100 meter at the NE10 Outdoor Championships (5/6-5/7) behind a time of 12.71

2014-15

Helped the 4x400 meter relay to a second place finish at the Elm City Challenge (12/11/15) with a time of 4:09.52
