Biography
2008-2009: Helped to a second place finish in the 400 yard freestyle relay...placed third in the 100 breast in 1:09.26 against Montclair State/Seton Hall (11/6)... placed first in the 200 IM (2:11.51) against Pace University (11/8)... placed first against Queens (11/13) in the 100 breast in 1:08.68...touched the wall first in the 200 IM (2:09.71) and the 100 breast (1:06.69) against Lehman (12/11)... placed second in the 200 IM with a time of 2:09.67 against St. Rose (1/24)... finished with a season best time of 2:08.51 in the 200 IM for second place against Stevens Tech (1/31).
2007-2008: Picked up two second place finishes in the opener against Baruch (10/24) in the 200 IM and 200 free relay...won the 400 IM against Queens (10/30) in 4:43.84...placed third against Montclair (12/06) in the 200 IM...picked up an ECAC [quote]B[quote] cut in the 100 fly with a second place, 55.39 against St. Rose (1/26)...finished 16th at METs in the 200 IM in 2:04.30, while also placing 13th in the 400 IM in 4:29.74.
2006-2007 Finished tenth at METS in the 400 IM...Set the school record in the 200 IM with his performance at METS...Won three events at the duel meet at Stevens Tech...was a first place finisher in the 200 IM at USMMA meet.
At Staten Island Technical: Finished first in NYC PSAL for the 200 IM, state qualifier junior and senior years...member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Son of William and Gloria Meaney...two sisters Jena and Amber...majoring in business...is an eagle scout.
