Smith landed five players on the NE-10 All-Conference teams (one Second-Team, four Third-Team).

In her third season, Smith guided the Panthers in their first season in the Northeast-10 Conference. Smith led the Panthers to seven wins in their final 10 games to secure the fourth seed in the conference tournament and finish with an 18-12 record in league action. The Panthers won the first two games of the conference tournament, which included an upset win over #10 New Haven, 2-1. After a 13-inning loss to Southern Connecticut, Smith's squad fell to AIC in the semifinals, 4-3, ending their season with a 32-24 record. Under her guidance, Smith placed three players on the All-Conference teams and two on the All-Region teams. She also landed one on the CoSida/ESPN the Magazine All-District Team.
