After wrapping up her playing career in 2022, Lauren O’Neill comes back to her alma mater to serve as Director of Softball Operations in 2023.

While playing for the Panthers, O’Neill took the field in 199 games and tallied 158 hits, while finishing her career off with a .295 batting average and 66 runs batted in.

She was named NE10 Third Team All-Conference and NFCA Second Team All-Region in 2021, and earned inclusion on the NE10 Academic Honor Roll every semester of her career.

“We could not be more excited to welcome Lauren back as the Director of Softball Operations. Lauren is one of a kind and we couldn't be more proud to have her on staff. Lauren's drive and dedication to the program is truly special and we look forward to working together,” Campagna said.

O’Neill graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2021 and is currently taking classes to obtain a master’s degree in Sports Management.
