Betsy White

Betsy White is entering her second season as an assistant coach for the Panther's softball team.

White served as the Head Softball Coach at Elba High School in Elba, Alabama in 2008. In 2005, White formed G-Force Competitive Fastpitch Training facility where she is a girls fast pitch instructor for athletes in Southern Alabama and Northwest Florida. White also holds an ASA Level-3 Coaching Certification, she is a certified pitching and hitting instructor through Worth Club K, and is a National Fastpitch Coaches Association member.

White attended Gulf Coast Community College in Panama City, Florida from 2000-2002. As a freshman, she was named to the Panhandle Conference All-Conference Team at second base, while being named All-Conference as a pitcher in her sophomore season. White was also named GCCC College Athlete of the Year as a sophomore as well. White was part of a Florida State Championship Team and National Runners-Up in 2001, while finishing second in the state and third in the National Tournament in 2002.

White then went on and received a scholarship to play at Division I Lipscomb University from 2002-2005. At Lipscomb, she was a member of the Student-Athlete Committee, and twice finished second on her team in home runs.
