Daniel Casesa joined the Adelphi University men's and women's tennis programs as an assistant coach in January 2022.
Until April 2021, Casesa spent nearly a decade as the Director of Tennis at Sportime in Lynbrook. Today, he holds the title of Platform Tennis Director at the West Side Tennis Club.
Casesa's career has also included stints as a high performance coach at the USTA National Tennis Center and a paddle pro at nearby Cherry Valley Country Club.
Casesa spent the better part of 20 years (1992-2012) as a ball person supervisor every summer at the U.S. Open.
He has demonstrated drills and strokes in Tennis Magazine and earned a Men's Open Top 30 ranking during his time on the playing circuit.
Casesa hails from Franklin Square.
