Honors and Awards: Earned second team CoSida/ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District Honors.

2008: Played in all 18 games, starting in 16...collected three goals on the season...had two game winning goals against Sacred Heart University (9/12) and against Howard University (11/8).

2007: Saw time in 16 games, making 13 starts.

2006: Competed in 10 games for the panthers including one start.

2005: Appeared in 18 games making six starts...tied for second on the team in goals (2)...tied for third on the team with four points...scored first collegiate goal against Syracuse (9/11).

At Massapequa High School: Played three-years of varsity soccer and two-years of varsity basketball...two-time conference and county soccer champion...won Long Island south and New York State Regional titles senior year...named conference and class A player of the year as a junior...All-Long Island selection senior year...member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Edward and Nancy Fregosi...majoring in business...born on September 18, 1987...enjoys surfing and listening to music in his free time.
