At Massapequa: A four-year letterwinner in soccer and wrestling...in soccer, a two-time all-county selection and two-time team MVP...a team captain his senior year, scored the game-winner to lead the squad to a county championship in 2003...named the Nassau County Playoff MVP in 2002...also captained 2002 Empire State team...in wrestling, a two-time league champion...placed third at Counties (2003)...named a scholar-athlete from 2001-03.
Personal: Son of Carole and Ron Forman...majoring in physical education...hobbies include water-skiing...his sister, JulieAnne, played soccer at Fairfield University and was named the 2002 MAAC Player of the Year...other sister, Krissy, is a three-time all-conference soccer player at University of New England.
