Biography

2014: Started in all 19 games…Scored lone goal of the season vs. St. Michael’s (10/11)…Tallied assists in wins vs. Stonehill (9/20), Franklin Pierce (10/18) and Le Moyne (11/4).

2013: Played and started in all 18 games…Notched a goal versus Le Moyne (9/24)…Scored the opening goal in a 3-0 win against Le Moyne (11/5).

2012: Started in 13 games while appearing in 15 at defense.

At NYIT: Played in 17 games and made 13 starts as a defender...Helped the Bears to a 14-3-2 overall record and capture the East Coast Conference Tournament Championship to earn a bid to the NCAA Division II Tournament.

At Valley Stream North: Played four years of varsity soccer...Was named to the All-Conference and All-County teams twice.

Personal: Son of John and Theresa Sabal...Has three sisters...Majoring in history...Would like to continue to play soccer professionally after college.
