A 2023 graduate of Adelphi University, De Las Heras arrived back to Garden City to serve as a volunteer assistant coach with the Panthers in 2024.

De Las Heras started in net for the ‘Cats 51 times in four seasons, finishing his career ranked among the school’s top five for wins (28) and saves (215).

De Las Heras is a native of Madrid, Spain
