Brian Morgan transitioned from the field to the sidelines for the Adelphi University men's soccer team in 2018, and is in his second season as an assistant coach in 2019.

Morgan was a five-year member of the men's soccer team, as he pursued both a bachelor's and master's degree at Adelphi, logging time in the cage in his final two seasons. 

He was a member of the Panthers' first NE10 Championship team in 2016, and a part of three teams who competed in the NCAA Tournament, including an East Region title-winning squad in 2016.
