2006: Saw action in 10 games...scored three goals and handed out a career-high three assists...ninth on the team in points with a career-high six...picked up 16 ground balls. 2005: Appeared in six games, making two starts...scored three goals and added an assist for four points...tallied his first Panther goal and assist in a 16-4 win over Queens (3/05).

At Shoreham Wading River High School: Played four years of varsity lacrosse...named rookie of the year as a freshman...all-division selection as a junior...two-time all-county selection...won county and small school championships junior season...New York state champion as a senior...also participated in two years of indoor track.

Personal: Son of Bill and Paula Cerveny...majoring in communications...born on January 13, 1984...transferred to Adelphi from Quinnipiac University...has one brother, Noah and one sister Leah.
