At St. Mary[apos]s High School: Participated in four-years of lacrosse and three-years of ice hockey...named lacrosse MVP junior year...received coach[apos]s award in hockey freshman year and lacrosse senior year...academic all-league selection in both hockey and lacrosse senior year.

Personal: Son of John and Marianna Gherlone...majoring in Political Science...has one brother, Michael and one sister, Danielle.
