Adelphi University Athletics

2012: Played in 15 games at midfield...notched 15 points on 10 goals and five assists...picked up 17 ground balls and caused four turnovers...registered three points in an 18-4 win over Notre Dame de Namur (3/9).

2010: Played in 17 games while making one start...tallied 12 points on 10 goals and two assists...also scooped up 22 ground balls while causing five turnovers.

At Suffolk County Community College: Played two years of lacrosse...earned all-region honors twice...also named an academic All-American.

At Lindenhurst High School:Freshman year member of the JV team, scoring 22 goals, and handing out 11 assists, earning the Hoover Award...participated in varsity lacrosse his final three seasons...senior year scored 35 goals, and had 17 assists, earning all-county status along with the Hoover Award... played in the Exceptional Senior Game...was awarded the Len Gumoski Scholarship and the Timothy Shelton Award...was also a member of the business honor society and the varsity club.

Personal: Son of Doug and Louise Quednau...has one sister, Victoria... enjoys playing sports, lifting and snowboarding...his father ran track at NYIT...majoring in physical education.
