Steve DeNapoli enters his second season on the sidelines for the Adelphi University men's lacrosse team after joining in 2017, having had a decorated career in collegiate and professional lacrosse.
A 2011 graduate of Hofstra University, DeNapoli played the last six seasons in Major League Lacrosse (MLL), with Chesapeake (2011), Rochester (2012-13) and the Long Island Lizards (2014-16). At Hofstra, DeNapoli was a CAA All-Rookie selection in 2008, and a CAA Second Team selection in 2009.
A graduate of Hewlett High School, DeNapoli was a 2007 high school All-American as a senior at Hewlett in 2007 after totaling 48 goals and 24 assists and has had coaching experience at the high school level at both Holy Trinity and his alma mater.Â
