Nick O’Shea joined the Adelphi men’s lacrosse coaching staff in 2026 after completing a four-year career with the Panthers as a midfielder from 2022–25. During his time in Garden City, O’Shea was a versatile two-way midfielder who contributed in both the offensive and defensive midfield units, helping the program to back-to-back National Championship titles.
As a senior in 2025, O’Shea played in 19 games with 17 starts, recording 11 points on six goals and five assists while collecting 32 ground balls, including three or more in five contests. He earned First Team All-Northeast 10 honors and was named a USILA Second Team All-American, while also garnering USILA First Team All-Region recognition.
O’Shea was also recognized with multiple preseason honors entering his senior season, including USA Lacrosse, Inside Lacrosse and USILA Preseason Second Team All-America recognition, and was selected to the NE10 All-Rookie Team in 2022.
A native of New Hyde Park, New York, O’Shea was a standout at Sewanhaka High School, where he was a three-time MVP, four-year captain and All-County selection while competing in football, basketball and lacrosse.
