2001-02: finished tied for sixth at the College of St. Rose Invitational (9/11)...placed 22nd at the NYCAC Championships (4/22).

Before Adelphi: Three-year letterwinner in golf at Smithtown High School...three-time all-league...team captain...helped team to two league championships and two conference championships...team also won county championship...honor role student for all four years.

Personal: Son of John and Delores Seifert...born June 4, 1983...a history major...grandfather played minor league baseball.
