Taylor Carbonel enters his first season on the sidelines with the Panthers in 2024-25.
A 2021 graduate of the University of Arkansas, Carbonel served as an assistant men's basketball coach at National Park College - a junior college located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. In the 2022-23 season, he assisted a program that posted a 21-9 record and secured the NJCAA Region II Regular season crown. That program went on to have one student-athlete recognized as an All-American and Region II MVP, in addition to two All-Region selections.
Also at National Park College, he spent the latter half of the 2023 season as the interim Head Women's Basketball Coach, where he can be credited with improving the average margin of victory and two All-Region players.
Currently, he maintains a position with the Timber Lake Camp as the Head Basketball Coach/Director where he is responsible for the in-camp basketball league and coaching the varsity men's and women's teams in summer tournaments, among other roles.
In addition to joining the Adelphi staff, he will also be pursuing a Master's of Professional Studies in Sports Management.
